from a recent Best Buy article rant/rave section:

"The computer salesperson said that Windows 7 Starter was only a trial version of Windows 7. I decided to blow his mind and asked "what happens when the trial is over and the operating system stops?" He said it will force you to upgrade to full version of windows to continue using the netbook. You can't make this stuff up people!!"
