Caltech has a session today regarding

( hmmm.. probably focus on Caltechers getting patents under Caltech I would think, still
should give you a good idea I would think about the process in general.. )


Caltech Library System Workshop:  "Patents", 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM, Sherman Fairchild Library, multimedia conference room

Dvorak-Carbone (Office of Technology Transfer) will present a review of
the patenting process. This will be followed by a quick review of
patent searching, locating English language patent equivalents, legal
status issues, and current awareness techniques
