Since the devsig meeting was effectively canceled today, Lan and I did
some work on the group's website.  most of the stuff was pretty minor,
but we seem to have had some good results.  In particular, the website
looks a little better on mobile phone browsers.  we also found some
interesting ways to integrate a google calendar into the site (note:
the "full calendar" view is messed up - shows every event occurring on
sunday - turns out this is a known bug at google)

we didn't do too much more, because we're at a point where if we
/really/ want to accomplish more with the site, we need to decide on
what actual CMS to use  (either continue with the one we have, or redo
with a newer one)  it turns out we've been using the current system
for 5 years now!  (that's practically ancient in internet years...)

so, at this point things may look strange on the site - I'll clean up
some more bits tomorrow - but the bigger issue still remains: who is
going to present at the next meeting?
