BJ: So far, that makes 4 presuming that Tom
himself is committed.

BJ: Harold and I have downloaded PHP and
installed Apache (nonsecure to start)
both at this point for Windows.

BJ: What we would like to know is what local
server to use, and what configuration,
whether CLI (command line) or othr.
(Remember, PHP is server-side rather than
client-side and runs on a server.)
We both have Jakarta Tomcat, but haven't
set it up for use with PHP. So we would
like some advice on that, at least for
a start.
