[SGVLUG] free PDF edition of Ubuntu Pocket Guide and Reference..

Hmm... I've got a couple of "free" dead-tree editions of SuSE and Redhat
manuals if anyone is interested  (the RH manual is of the 6.x vintage,
the SuSE manuals are 7/8/9 or so)  These came with the boxed sets I was
buying at the time.  I don't think they've changed much over time --
there might be some version-specific details, but the larger / more
general portions of the manuals should suffice not only for these
distros, but linux in general

In true "slickdeals" fashion, this offer good only until they're gone...
(and with one copy each, that could be pretty quick)
