I could speak on Ubuntu Studio 8.10 but I know there´s a bunch of users here
who´ve been using Ubuntu way longer than I, so I´d defer on that.

I´ve checked out gOS & OpenGEU briefly (installed/configured LAMP & used it
for a few days) so I could talk about one of those in order to get more
breadth in coverage.
