wow, this is twisted.....
( yeah, I am catching up on some /. reading.. )

A CL sex post and replies to it get published
by the poster... he then gets sued 

The specific charges?

Count one: Violation of copyright act
Count two: Public disclosure of private facts
Count three: Intrusion upon seclusion
Count four: Injunctive relief 

The lawsuit cites a section of Craigslists' privacy policy stating that users "agree not to post, email, or otherwise make available content that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent."

hmmmm... interesting... curious, this

case, but the defendant doesn't even have a
lawyer yet..
