actually there is one which a lot of people
find offensive, and it's the one restricting
benchmarking of the system...

yes, a lot of vendors officially don't like
to be compared in news articles with other
systems. (typically they prefer to send
in their engineers to be certain that the
system is "properly" tuned for whatever
benchmark... )
