Sure.  I'm just dipping my toes in at the moment, but I'd love to share
what I've learned so far and to hear what others have done.

I also plan to try to get some discussion going about EC2 at BarCamp LA.
 If nobody else cares to talk about EC2, I'll give a presentation or
demo, but I'd like to see more folks contributing to a session
discussing our various approaches, problems, solutions, and some
brainstorming about new opportunities created by EC2.
