It seems that this message has been sent out to many LUGs. This
represents a duplication of effort that Linux can ill afford. These
HOWTOs should have been released thru the Linux Documentation Project
(LDP). Here's a comment I received from Rick Moen (of the San
Francisco LUG) about this.
