Per the slashdot thread(s), there is a high probability this is a scam:
The "company" medison appears shakey at best, the "address of record"
also corresponds to several other "front" type businesses, there is no
phone number (lines temporarily closed?) 4-6 weeks "in today's world" is
a bit extreme, one of the "accessory dealers" is Microsoft!  [windows
messenger, actually...] and so on.

Remember, you generally get what you "pay" for, and for $150, it's not
likely you would get what's advertised (if you get it at all...)
