Is your server located in the "Mountain" states?  It's showing MST =
Mountain Standard Time.  Also there's an 11 min. discrepancy in time
and you could set your watch to the correct time by either looking up
time in the phone book and calling it or by the internet.  So then you
would know how far off time is on these computers are in comparison
with your wristwatch.

When I go to a CVS site, it makes it clear what time the doc was
submitted by including UTC after the time.  UTC is about the same as
GMT.  UTC is a French acronym where the adjective C comes after the
noun T.
