the "top-end" model appears to be priced at $500 [499] on Amazon
 
  1gb main memory
  8gb "solid state" disk drive
 
notes from the wikipedia article [look it up...]
   -- the "void if removed" sticker covers the user-accessible memory
slot  >doh<
   -- the actual max memory is 2gb, however the kernel has been hacked
so as not to recognize more than 1gb
