those are probably sun *ultra5s*. sparcstations maxed out at 170mhz  
and did not have ide. they were sbus based boxes. ultra 5s are ide  
based and pci bus. depending on the model you may have 8bit graphics  
or 24.

sparcstations had 32 bit cpus.

nice little boxes for routers etc.
