[SGVLUG] Need a decrepit laptop

Something just occured to me--if it runs Linux reasonably and I can
stick a wireless card in it, that is useful.  I could hit my WAP from
the garage and check docs on-line, of which there are surprisingly many.
So maybe I don't want it *too* worthless.

It would make sense to check into a waterproof keyboard cover, if such
things are easily available.  I don't know about that--anyone ever get
one?
