I would argue that "increased work performance" from Hans would only be
detrimental to the reiser3 filesystem, since he is only putting effort
in keeping changes out of the filesystem (even to keep up with the rest
of the kernel as it changes around reiser3).
Hans has not worked on reiser3 for several years so while anything
happening in his personal life may affect the others at namesys, there
are few at namesys working on reiser3.
