[SGVLUG] Refreshing GPG keyring

Tom and I exchanged key fingerprints at the meeting yesterday, and after
signing his key just now I remembered a conversation we had about how to
download new signatures people have uploaded for your key.  I checked
the docs, and the answer is:

$ gpg --refresh-keys

which updates your keyring so it is current with your keyserver.  I
thought someone else might be interested as well.
