I do not mind seeing members discuss out-of-topic items, as it seems
interesting to many members.

I _DO_ mind when the replies/rebuttals get a bit personal and attacking.

If there is a disagreement with fact and/or opinion, fine. But keep it civil.

I would prefer "I disagree" to "your wrong."

Just as there is this vote to see if the topic continues on the thread, I
also believe a lack of civility should result in censure.
