Shh, you were only encouraging him (and me).  It was *designed* to be
annoying.  :-)

Still better than middle quoting, center quoting and a lot of the other
stuff on that thread.  At least with "left quoting" you can find the new
text.  I wonder how many people missed the center quoting example I gave
because it blends with the old text, even after I tried to space it out
for extra clarity?
