Hmm.  How long did that take?  Probably longer than we can do in a 
10-minute demo, yes?  It was pretty fast on Debian, but that's because
it just had to apt-get the binary package.

Well, the main point was to play with Monica, not do a build, but 
months ago there was a post from someone who never got a build to work and 
I thought that there will never be an easier non-trivial program to build 
than Monica (one source file, and only the fltk dependency as far as I 
know).
