There is AMaViS, but it's actually not a virus scanner itself.  It's a 
wrapper designed to make working with other virus scanners more uniform.

There are a few commercial virus scanners out there which run on Linux 
(and some even on FreeBSD, and I believe I've seen one that actually 
runs on both flavors of Solaris).  Most have free demos, but yes, ClamAV 
is the only free-as-in-speech variety.
