For technical books, check out the prices at bookpool.com.  They
usually have O'Reilly books for less than Amazon and they sometimes
have free shipping on orders over $40 vs amazon's free shipping for
orders over $25 with similar restrictions.  However I usually pay
extra for fedex ground because I don't like waiting the extra 3-5 days
for the free shipping.
