[Dev-sig] re: Java Study Group

I was hoping we could use this month's devsig as a planning session for
this new study group.  It appears we have members from LAJUG and SGVLUG
interested in participating and I think we should do all we can to
ensure we attempt to accommodate the schedules/preferences/skill levels
of as many people as possible.
